« I have earned a master’s degree of jewelry design at Kook-Min university and I am now in activity as a jewelry-making artist. From the young age, I got much interested in sewing and juwely making, thanks to the mother who are skillful in sewing and knotwork. Thru my works I am trying to express my various feelings and emotions in combination of lines, colours and the concept of space.«
« Her work is « Light, colorful, refreshing » – The pieces are sewn bits of fabrics in contrasting colors and malleable geometric shapes. The strictness of the architectural order of these round and angular objects is almost at odds with the airy materiality of the pieces. The sophisticated rhythm of the structure and color of the pins is in perfect sync with their technically precise construction. » (BKV-Prize 2012 for young applied arts)
