« I experience a stronger emotional connection towards textile than metal. It might be because of the strong bond between textile and the human body. In the work Imprint I have tried to transform the exclusive and everlasting precious metal into something more temporary and fleeting. Pictures of draped cloth have marked the silver surface leaving textile traces behind. » Karin Gyllerfelt
